Job Description

As a dedicated aviation company, AerData provides lease and asset management software to airlines, lessors, banks and asset management firms. With a strong customer focus AerData delivers a reliable and secure service to its clients using latest technologies and state of the art infrastructure.


As such, AerData is now in the process of looking for suitable candidates to support its technical services business unit.


Objective of the role:


AerData is seeking aircraft technical consultants who are able to manage and perform Aircraft technical audits, physical inspections and redeliveries on behalf of an aircraft owner/lessor. The role is technically and commercially challenging at the forefront of our business. The success of the position relies on sound technical knowledge and experience in co-operation with the use of the AerData software tools which underpins the high quality and consistency essential to the role.


The role requires worldwide travel to airlines/operators with durations varying. If you have detailed knowledge of aircraft both physical and records, regulatory requirements, aircraft maintenance repair and overhaul business and ideally have a background working with several aircraft transactions such as actual aircraft redeliveries (physical and records) then this could be the opportunity to bring your expertise to AerData.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills 


  • Aeronautical Engineering degree or 5-7 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry preferred
  • Aircraft maintenance experience (or physically worked on aircraft)
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance/transfers
  • Fluent in English (additional languages would be useful particularly Dutch)
  • The ability to manage and prioritize own workloads and multi-task
  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • Microsoft Office skills 
  • AerData will provide full training in AerData applications

  • Good communication to both the Customer and the Operator
  • Ability to perform, lead and control projects (audits)

  • Flexible attitude to work (no 9 to 5 mentality)


Differentiating Factor(s)


  • Moderate (overseas) travelling will be part of the job


Key Requirement

  • The right to live and work in the EU
