Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Annapolis Junction, MD based team.
In this role, you will directly impact revenue and our future growth by identifying, engaging and hiring highly-technical talent supporting the Intelligence Community.
This is a highly visible and dynamic role in which you will partner with multiple internal clients to fill current and future needs.
A day in the life (just a few of the things you will do):
Source for TS/SCI polygraph cleared candidates such as software developers and system engineers.
Meet with internal clients to discuss open needs, build candidate profiles and develop screening questions.
Iterate back and forth with a technical lead to create a compelling job description and its sell message.
Screen and assess promising candidates uncovering their skills and interests.
Share and promote screened candidates amongst our programs making recommendations for alignment and interest.
Lead candidates through onsite interviews.
Work with decisions makers to negotiate and extend offers.
Develop and test a new message to generate passive candidate interest.

7+ years of technical recruiting experience in a full-lifecycle role.
2+ years of Intelligence Community experience.
Successful track record of attracting/hiring hard to find talent across cyber, software development, system engineering, advanced analytics and/or emerging technologies.
Strong understanding of technology, technical roles and skills and the ability to understand, discuss and “sell “technical” projects.
Experience working directly with internal clients, hiring managers and technical or program leads.
Exceptional communication skills both written and oral.
