Job Description:

Boeing Field Service Team provides Boeing customers with timely, onsite technical advice and can call upon any Boeing Commercial Airplanes technical resource to resolve operator problems.


Boeing Thailand is currently seeking a Field Service Associate (Office Administrator) to support its Thailand-based Field Service team.


We are looking for a candidate with excellent verbal and written communications skills, flexibility to change tasks when priorities demand, and a positive, supportive attitude. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who works well with the team.  The ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity is a plus.


This position is located in Bangkok, Thailand – primarily at Suvarnabhumi Airport with occasional visits to Don Mueang Airport.


 Job Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Provides administrative, personnel, and customer support to facilitate on-site and Field Service activities (e.g., coordinates customer visits, maintains office inventory, prepares reports, coordinates schedules and travel)
  • Coordinates field operation assignment procedures, training and orientation to ensure on-site personnel meet customer needs
  • Provides guidance regarding local language, culture and customs to Boeing personnel
  • Provides specialized on-the-job training to Customer regarding Boeing resources
  • Researches information to assist customers in resolving moderately-complex operation issues
  • Assists management in managing cost, coordinating and organizing special events
  • Interacts frequently with internal and external personnel and customers
  • Supports business processes such as purchasing, payment, tax, customs and immigration

Qualifications
  • College degree and 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
  • Fluency of Verbal and Written English
  • Good Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
