  • Provide administrative assistance for the delivery of employee benefits in country, working with local subject matter experts under the guidance of the APAC Regional Lead. Activities include but are not limited to:
    • Providing ongoing support pertaining to Social Security, Housing Fund, Employees Insurances, enrolment into pension plan and other benefits related activities, as per the business needs
    • Liaising with external vendors such as Mercer, FESCO to ensure benefits of employees are properly enrolled and in compliance
    • Conducting new hire benefits orientation
    • Assisting with employee communications as needed
    • Coordinating Employee benefits related events
  • Support Payment processing and Invoice coordination in China
  • Support & assist in implementation schedules and coordinate with key stakeholders as directed, to implement country benefit additions and/or changes.
  • Respond to, resolve and track employee inquiries, as directed.
  • Coordinate employee benefits related data transfers with suppliers and internal customers as directed. Validate employee data and prepare ad hoc reports, as needed.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders on initiatives and actions in support of the continuous improvement of services delivered in the country, as required.
  • Perform transactions using HR technologies (e.g., Workday, case management, SharePoints)
  • Perform other duties in support of HR Services broader statement of work as directed by leadership (e.g., coordinate the delivery of mandatory occupational health requirements.)

  • University Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 0-2 years of experience in benefits administration
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Familiarity working with Microsoft office especially in Excel
  • Demonstrate experience and/or skills to be able to support multiple concurrent benefits related activities for the growing employee population in China
  • Flexible and be willing to work under pressure to meet the project needs/deadlines
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders/vendors
  • Candidate must be a self-starter with a positive attitude
