Position Overview:

Boeing Supply Chain Management team is currently looking for Associate Project Management Specialist with Green Belt certification to join their team in Bangalore, India. A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as these positions will focus on working directly with Sr Manager, Enable function.

Position Responsibilities:

Supports process improvement projects through

• Process Improvement and redesign to enhance delivery, quality, safety, cost and customer satisfaction

• Receive process, data and compliance issue request, scope work, correct issue, maintain content, test processes, publish information and verify information

• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

• Define and maintain business procedures, requirements, business rules, and valid controls

• Gather, analyze, interpret, and integrate large data sets and data requirements utilizing software

• Manages project timelines and delivers projects on time and with high quality

• Apply change management techniques to effectively implement new redefined and redesigned processes

• Ability to communicate professionally and clearly

• Enthusiasm to work with others

• Innovative approach

• Understands the work and can determine priorities to reach goals

• Self-starter who works independently with no supervision in complex environment

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

• Supply Chain Management and Procurement

• Understanding of Aviation products and processes

• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

• Excellent Communication

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Engineering Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience.)
