An exciting opportunity has become available to join Boeing as a Compensation Analyst / HR Services Specialist (m/f/d) based in Neu-Isenburg or Berlin, Germany.
We are looking for a motivated individual to perform a role, supporting compensation and Benefit related activities for HR operations in Europe and also supporting the HR Services statement of work for Germany.
This role will require you to lead a project perfecting the HR operations activities for Germany and transitioning the administration piece from the HRG into the HR Services team to align with the wider ERI Region HR Services statement of work.
The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. The candidate must have people experience along with International experience working with diverse groups and cultures and be flexible to accommodate business requirements that span multiple time zones and may require travel. The ability to think strategically and translate that thinking to operations is essential. The candidate must also have strong communications, and project management skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Facilitate the international salary survey process (data submission, data analysis, salary reference table (SRT) refresh cycle, ad hoc SRT creation).
Partner with the regional Total Rewards lead in the full salary survey cycle and serve as the primary focal in SRT creation and job evaluation activities.
Administering all employee benefits, including enrollment, eligibility, annual renewal processes, employee/employer contributions and payroll deductions, invoice co-ordination, working with key partners such as Human Resources, Total Rewards, International Finance and Payroll.
Preparing materials, performing new hire inductions, and following through with all relevant actions and support.
Monitoring, managing, and tracking employee absence due to illness/leave of absence in line with company policies and procedures.
Create adhoc reports to support compensation related analysis.
Support HR Services teams across Europe with German labor law and language.
Support local in country benefit plans .

Proficiency working with Microsoft office especially in Excel.
Experience and/or skills to be able to support multiple concurrent compensation related activities.
Experience in German labor law and HR best practice.
Flexibility to work under pressure to meet the project needs/deadlines.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
3-4 years related work experience.
