Phantom Works International (PW-I), the rapid, advanced prototyping arm of Boeing Defence and Space outside of the USA, is seeking to recruit an energetic, enthusiastic Strategy Analyst with demonstrable experience of identifying and developing opportunities, using quantitative and analytical techniques, and winning work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Working to the PW-I head of Strategy and Capture, the purpose of the role is to support the development and growth of the Phantom Works International global enterprise, contributing to its strategy and helping to expand its portfolio of work.
The successful candidate will work with the PW-I Team to rapidly develop a good knowledge of PW-I capabilities, and create a credible plan for mapping those capabilities to Australian and international needs, taking a leading role in developing and realising associated strategies to develop world class products for a global customer base.
The Program Development Analyst will take responsibility for capturing activities as well as Bid and Proposal efforts, working with the wider PW-I Team to win work.
The successful candidate will have :
- Proven and detailed understanding of the Defence environment and of contributing to the business capture process.
- Experience with stakeholder / customer interaction to derive requirements and development opportunities for the Phantom Works team
- Strategy development experience
- Ability to craft proposals and respond to tenders and quotations
