An exciting opportunity has become available to join Boeing Defence UK as a Systems Administrator based in either Bristol, UK or Milton Keynes, UK.
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team to contribute to the Infrastructure Team to support Restricted Network. In the role the job holder will be performing a variety of tasks and will be involved collaborating with many teams across the company to deliver Projects and to provide sustainment activities.
As a Systems Administrator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Windows administration
- Active Directory administration
- System checks
- End user support
The job holder should not be constrained by a rigid job specification and should be willing to pick up additional duties as necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: The successful candidate will be expected to undergo a UK SECURITY CHECK.

- Experience with VMWare, VXRail and Windows technologies
- Experience with Sharepoint
- Experience with Unix/Linux would be an advantage
- Knowledge ITIL processes
- Knowledge of products such as SCCM, Skype, Exchange, Active Directory would be highly beneficial
- Great communication skills
The job holder should be keen on learning new skills while working within the Infrastructure functions. The job holder should also be a good team player as working with the various Infrastructure Teams, Architects and Project Managers will be a major part of this role.
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
