Job Description

The Engineering Technology Advancement/Training coordinator supports a multi-mission Boeing satellite program by promoting the team mission across the Customer Enterprise and providing training opportunities to Customers and Engineers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support and training of new mission and development of multi-media training materials
  • Lead Process Improvement initiatives
  • Promote training process sharing and synergy across all missions within organization
  • Technical review, assessment and training to new Senior Customers
  • Technical assessment, training, and status on current Ground Station activities to leaders and customers
  • Quality control checks/updates across training materials
  • Development of Organizational goals and strategy

Qualifications

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI polygraph prior to start date.
  • Experience with Customer Interaction/Interface

Desired Qualifications:

  • Ability to work closely with other professionals and the customer community 
  • Solid and effective communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills 
  • Individual must demonstrate initiative and be proactive in task accomplishment 
  • Able to perform work without appreciable direction 
  • Multi media experience
  • Candidate should be able to express creative concepts in multimedia formats for video presentations.
  • Candidate must possess the ability to communicate ideas, concepts and recommendations clearly and effectively in both written and oral presentation formats.
  • In addition to superb educational skills, selected candidate must have excellent team and interpersonal skills

Typical Education/Experience:

Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
