Boeing Global Services is seeking a motivated and talented Senior Subcontract Administrator to support our business in Chantilly, VA. This organization supports critical government programs.
These positions will drive sourcing strategies, subcontract negotiation, the documentation of contracts and agreements, as well as the preparation and execution of proprietary information and teaming agreements. They also require the communication of performance expectations and use of metrics to evaluate, monitor, and improve supplier performance. Successful candidates will possess a strong eye for business, communication and problem solving skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies
Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions. Prepares and completes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management
Handles supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
Initiates and implements supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at our Chantilly, VA. location.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. A final Top Secret/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph Post-Start is required.
Security Clearance/Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
5+ years experience in facilities, maintenance, or construction
5+ years experience with government, company, and local policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., Estimating system manual, FAR, DFAR, TINA, ITAR, Procurement integrity, Export Compliance) relating to the development of cost proposals
3+ years experience managing subcontracts for facility construction projects
3+ years experience with Price Analysis Methodologies
5+ years experience in Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Procurement Analyst or Planner, or Procurement Coordinator
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
Experience using SAP
3+ years experience with the terms and conditions appropriate for different contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ, etc.) and their proper use
Proficiency and experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Typical Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relocation:

Summary pay range senior level: $102,000 - $138,000
Export Control Requirements: U.S. Government Export Control Status: This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
