Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Services and Events Administrator to support our business in Chantilly, VA. This organization supports mission critical government programs.
We are looking for a high performer to join Boeing and work with an amazing team supporting mission critical operations that directly impact the Nation’s Warfighter. This position is on a small team that facilitates event and conference support to our government customer as well as oversees ancillary support services. Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of event and conference planning in accordance with site policies and security requirements.
- Oversee technical aspects of ancillary services under subcontract to Boeing and analyze financial data.
- Provide written and verbal communications to notify tenants of service changes, upcoming events, scheduling considerations, etc.
- Provide comprehensive support to short-notice DV visits to include AV coordination, cleaning, set up and tear down.
This position requires an active Top Secret/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Security Clearance/Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
- Customer Service experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications
- Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Financial Analysis experience
Typical Education/Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation: This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
