This position will be located at CCAC Aircraft Company located in Chengdu, China.


Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Possess adequate English and Mandarin both verbal and written communication skills to communicate with Boeing and Chinese Suppliers regarding technical matters.
  • Inspects routine products for compliance with requirements and documents findings. Ensures supplier notifications of quality escapes are processed.
  • Assists with audits and assessments of supplier's systems, processes and products to determine compliance with requirements and documents results. Performs follow-up on audit and assessment findings.
  • Monitors suppliers to verify quality system, product and contractual compliance. Reports issues to more experienced personnel.

Decision Making - Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; compares data from different sources to draw conclusions; uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions; takes action that is consistent with available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.

Effective Written Communication - Skill in utilizing different communication materials (e.g., proposals, papers, user guides, reports, articles, promotional materials, brochures, web sites, presentations, speeches) to satisfy a variety of customer requirements and environments.

Managing Work - Effectively manages one's time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.

Negotiation - Effectively explores alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain the support and acceptance of all parties.

Quality Systems/Standards - Knowledge of the quality system (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100), NADCAP).

Systems Thinking - Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the organization, including the impact of changes in one area on another area. This includes the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans and anticipate future events.

Qualifications Requirement:
Prefer Technical or Engineering Degree.

Experience with quality management system auditing, product inspection, aerospace structure, and special processing a plus
