The Boeing Business Internship Program (BBIP) - Human Resources offers internship opportunities in several areas within the HR organization. It is an exciting time to be a part of Boeing HR! Our HR Function is continuously developing and transforming as a world-class HR organization. HR Interns play a critical role in helping drive our team forward through robust assignments and projects. Intern assignments could include roles as: HR Business Partners, Employee Relations – Performance Support, Employee Relations – Career Growth and Employee Movement, Employee Relations – Culture & Development, Employee Relations – Employee Solutions, Total Rewards, Leadership, Learning & Organizational Capability, Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion, Global Talent Solutions, People Analytics, and Labor Relations. These opportunities support all of our business Units: Commercial Airplanes; Defense, Space and Security; Boeing Global Services; Boeing Capital Corporation; and Corporate. - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with an anticipated graduation date on or after August 2020
Note: The majority of opportunities are for students currently pursuing their Undergraduate degree.
- Ability to work full-time for 10-12 weeks during the summer
- Passion for the aerospace industry
- Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher) and community involvement
- Previous business or related internship or work experience

Some positions may require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. Most positions need to meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
