Job Description

The Total Rewards & People Analytics (TR&PA) organization within the Human Resources function has a key position of Executive Compensation Strategy, Design and Governance Manager reporting to Director, Global Compensation. This role provides strategic leadership in the development of executive compensation strategies in support of key business and talent objectives. The position works with Total Rewards leadership, external consultants, senior leaders, and board members in the design and oversight of programs to ensure market competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, strategic alignment, and adherence to regulatory and legal guidance.  Programs include annual incentive plans, Long Term Incentives (LTI), and executive salary management and job-leveling.  The role will provide guidance to the Executive Compensation administration team to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in support of programs and initiatives as well as collaborate with other Compensation and Total Rewards leaders and teams to ensure programs, processes, and tools are appropriately aligned.  Additionally, the position leads the preparation for all Board of Directors Compensation Committee meetings, including data, materials, and analysis to be reviewed with key stakeholders, leaders, external consultants and board members.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Candidate must excel at building effective relationships across all levels in an organization
  • Experience in the development and support of compensation programs
  • Experience advising leaders in consulting and corporate environments is ideal
Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have deep experience in executive compensation design, process leadership, and governance
  • Experience working with laws and regulations related to compensating executives
  • More than 3 years’ experience specific to executive compensation and more than 7 years in broader compensation and/or related disciplines
