The Boeing International Enterprise Services organization is seeking a new Multi-Occupation Manager to join the team. This role can be located in Miami, FL; Mesa, AZ; Chicago, IL; Renton, WA or Arlington, VA.
The selected candidate will act as the Regional Leader for Canada and Latin America. This role will manage Business Support services including operations management and compliance, traveler assistance, and delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Finance Services, Human Resources, Security & Fire Protection, Global Real Estate, Facilities & Asset Management, Information Technology and Indirect Supply Chain.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Establish and manage the annual operating rhythm for region such that it fulfills the requirements of the businesses as well as the enterprise
Define and maintain the regional concept of operations
Daily management & supervision of a virtual team located in region
Safety leadership & safe operation of our offices & real estate
Quality assurance of the function to audit standards
Supervision & management of Project Management resource
Execute against country strategies and support Boeing’s businesses as needed
Provide reports per BIES operating rhythm and keep KPIs in acceptable range
Manage integrated services and functional teams to ensure alignment
Lead, execute, and participate in team meetings, both regional and BIES.
Ensure compliance items are completed on time and accurately
Identify and Support Global and Regional improvement projects

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher
3+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
3+ years of experience coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serving as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
3+ years of experience managing teams spread across multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Masters Degree or MBA
Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and to collaborate and partner with business leaders
Strategic thinker; ability to align customer requirements with the broader organization
