Operational Account Manager 3
 
Summary: 
 
Supports Business Aviation Key Account Managers. As the point of contact, takes responsibility and accountability for assigned customers within the markets (Business Aviation) for  all operational needs and activities. Establishes and manages the day-to-day customer relationships at the operational level. Ensures first class customer satisfaction and support. Highly focused on the customer experience with an expert knowledge to the inner working of Jeppesen. Liasion between customer, Key Account Manager, and various other internal departments. 
 
Responsibility:
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by working directly with the customer and internal departments to process and coordinate the fulfillment of quote requests, customer orders, general account maintenance and modifications to all products & services etc. Resolves customer inquiries, issues, and determines best resolution for the customer. Processes activities within various support tools (For example Oracle ERP, SalesForce, RCS, JDM etc.)
  • Supports Business Aviation Key Account Managers with customer onboarding, sales support, product knowledge, customer retention, revenue retention, documentation, coordination, investigation, and resolution.
  • Maintains an in depth knowledge of all Jeppesen products and services and is able to effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers. Maintains a professional brand image through every internal and external customer interaction.
  • Processes and coordinates the renewal for all services.
Requirements:
  • Completely understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts.
  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems referring to established precedents and policies.
  • Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. Participates in determining objectives of assignment; plans, schedules, and arranges own activities to accomplish those objectives.
  • Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives typically have a serious effect upon the administration of the organization.
  • Represents organization as a prime contact on contracts or projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
  • Degree in a related field of study and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
