Job Description

AerData has an experienced team of 200 professionals across three offices in The Netherlands, UK and Ireland. Within AerData, software developers and aviation experts work together seamlessly in order to deliver exceptional software, product support and reliable back office services to the aviation industry.


Role overview: Primary focus for customer support to follow queries and complaints through to resolution. Acts as an internal customer on behalf of the clients, works closely with other departments to raise awareness of technical and operational issues regarded as important by the client.

 


Responsibility:

  • Cross train team peers to standardize inter-department skill sets
  • To develop fundamental skills to support Customer needs
  • To conduct system and environment testing to support STREAM implementation
  • Provide a quality Customer support - to ensure excellent customer service and experience


Knowledge And Skills

  • Has good understanding of aircraft technical records. Is easily able to recognize all of the main, regularly performed checks and delivery documents.
  • Provides and drives solutions to a wide range of problems customers may experience. Develops solutions that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organization objectives.
  • Failure to obtain results, working as part of a small team or follow problems through to resolution would typically result in unsatisfied customers and considerable expenditure of resources.
  • Interacts frequently with internal personnel and external customers. Reports into the Customer Support Manager.
  • A background within the Aviation or IT industry is ideal. Good knowledge of technical records is essential.
