Boeing is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst (Level 1) for our Dallas, TX facility. The Supply Chain Analyst will be an integral member of the Boeing Global Services. Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions. Consults with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supplier performance and design issues. Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options: Dallas, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Engages stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
Development of mitigation plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs
Optimizes execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
Manages performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
Mitigates risks and issues.
Initiates supplier improvement activities and provides results for integration into contracting strategies.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Experience in Supply Chain
Experience in working with cross-functional teams
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in Industrial Engineering.
1+ years of experience working with strategic sourcing objectives including supply base optimization, enterprise leveraging, supplier performance improvement and business considerations to develop the company's supplier base
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

Summary pay range: 56,950 – 77,050
