The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology Senior Manager to join the team in a Warehouse Operations & Transportation Management capacity in either Dallas, TX; Arlington, VA; Auburn, WA; Bellevue, WA; Hialeah, FL; Irving, TX; Miami, FL; Plano, TX; Renton, WA; or Seattle, WA.
The focus of the role is to manage the Information Technology (IT) Software Solution Delivery for the Warehouse Operations and Transportation Logistics Product Family of the Supply Chain Division with the Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA). As the Capability leader, you are tasked with multitude of deliverables not limited to the following - successful delivery of projects on the SAP (ERP), maintain and enhance the existing business applications for the business continuity and supporting evolving projects/programs. The individual should have good understanding of the varying technology landscape - SAP, .Net, Java, Cloud technologies, Databases and mastery in the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile along with good knowledge of the supply chain fulfillment domain to help in accelerated solution delivery.
The individual is expected to be an expert in global organization management with the ability to handle team members dispersed across multiple United States (US) sites as well as other global locations outside of US. strong business acumen and excellent partnership skills are of paramount to work in demanding and highly skilled work environment to collaborate and influence people and decisions from the stakeholders and other IT divisions. The role reports to the executive director and the individual is expected to lead a team of Senior Managers and individual contributors in higher levels.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages and integrates employee and first-level manager activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis
Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees and mid-level managers
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
10+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
10+ years of experience within information technology
10+ years of experience in organization management
10+ years of experience working within a global development team
5+ years of experience in a leadership role leading diverse teams, initiatives, or projects to meet business objectives and influence change
Able to travel both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization
10+ years of experience in Information Technology (IT) systems
5+ years of experience in the Digital Transformation Environment (DTE)
5+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams
5+ years of experience with Information Technology Program or Project Management

Summary pay range: $174,250 – $251,850
