Job Description


Conduct sales & provides account maintenance for the General Aviation customer base. Generates revenue growth through product recommendations and providing world class customer service and support. Provides consultative sales with customers on appropriate solutions for navigation and training requirements. Coordinates with supporting departments in order to provide customer resolution to reported issues and providing the voice of the customer (VOC) to applicable departments.


Essential Duties:

Ensures customer satisfaction by answering the day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs.


Effectively escalates any sensitive issues or customer concerns to management as required.


Handles troubleshooting and technical support in order to resolve account issues. Provides consultative sales with customers on appropriate solutions for navigation and training requirements.


Maintains an in-depth working knowledge of Jeppesen products and services and is able to effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers.

Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the utilization of Jeppesen’s order entry and product administration systems.


Owns the customer relationship for the assigned customer base.



High school or secondary school graduate or equivalent and typically 4 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Knowledge and Skills:

Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to practices and procedures for guidance.


Requires no instruction for routine work and general instructions for new lines of work or special assignments; supervision is limited. Participates in determining details of assignments to accomplish a wide range of objectives. Plans, schedules, and arranges own activities.


Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.


Interacts frequently with internal and external personnel and customers.


Obtains or provides information on important or sensitive organization matters.


Spanish Speaker is Preferred.
