Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering – 777 Program is currently seeking an Experienced Office Administrator (Level C) to join their team in Everett, Washington!
Qualified candidate must be able to demonstrate a great working relationship at all levels, with strong collaboration, communication and people skills. Due to access to highly sensitive information, candidate must demonstrate superior judgment, discretion and confidentiality. This position requires on-call support of Executives including off-hours, weekends and holidays. Flexibility is key to successfully performing this role.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs the following tasks for executives:
Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements
Monitors designated business traveler's logistics
Generates expense reports
Assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards
Collects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature
Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication such as memos, reports, presentations, organization charts utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint
Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations
Verbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences
Process incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
Prioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time
Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources
Orders and maintains office supplies
Plans and implements logistics for senior executive level internal and external events
Provides guidance for less experienced employees
Works under limited supervision
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform most work onsite at the listed location option. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
3+ years of experience providing office administrative support to an executive (Director)
3+ years of experience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reports
3+ years of experience supporting calendar management, travel and meetings for executive level management
5+ years of experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5+ years of experience with data analytics
5+ years of experience converting data into a presentation
5+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $60,350 - $81,650
