The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Programmer Analyst to join the team in either Everett, WA, Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; or North Charleston, SC.

This position will work in as part of a dynamic team developing extremely important mobility solutions to improve efficiencies building and delivering Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). 

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops Mobile Application for all of Enterprise Boeing Commercial Airplanes

• Develops software solutions to meet design specifications utilizing standard methodologies and tools

• Performs testing to validate software meets design specifications

• Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications

• Gathers and evaluates end user requirements

• Writes and compiles code and constructs database objects based on documented design and analyzes information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements

• Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality

• Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture problems

• Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of experience with software development, deployment, maintenance, and support

• 5+ years of experience in Object Oriented Design and Programming

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Programming skills in scripting languages, C++, C#

• Experience with mobile application development

• Experience with web application architecture, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) or cloud based development

• Experience using XAML

• Experience with Software Testing

• Experience in Agile

• Experience with MVVM

Typical Education & Experience:

Typically, 5 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $93,500 – $135,700
