The Flight Controls and Mechanical Hydraulics (FCMH) organization is seeking a mid-level staff analyst to join their growing organization in Everett, WA! They are looking for someone who has a lot of energy, enjoys taking on new challenges, and someone who wants to leave their mark on the organization. FCMH has had significant turn-over providing us with lots of opportunity to mentor and train new engineers. It will be important for us to establish some stability going forward and there will be opportunity for our staff analyst to shape how the organization is run.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
- Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
- Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
- Delivers informational or technical materials.
- Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
- Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
- Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
- Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
- Develops and deploys localized training content.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 6 or more years’ experience with Program Management Best Practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management, Executive Support and Preparation.
Typical Education/Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

- This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
