Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid- Level Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 3) to join the Supply Chain Functional Excellence Team in Everett, Washington.
This individual will help develop advanced concepts, isolate opportunities, establish integration plans, identify system process flow improvements, provide data integrity solutions, and identify productivity expansions to support the implementation of a new Supply Chain system. Position Responsibilities:
Progress advanced technological ideas and guides the development to completion to enhance the organization's capability.
Coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
Implement and maintain process improvements and standard work, by analyzing and establishing best practices for Supply Chain to improve performance.
Support incorporation of change and planning decision to arrive at optimal solutions.
Determine part number attributes.
Initiate, coordinate and authorize release of orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability.
Ensure on-time delivery.
Document and resolve order delinquencies.
Report schedule adherence issues.
Develop and control inventory plans.
Optimize inventory levels.
Analyze and disposition excess inventories.
Initiate audits.
Work under general direction.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and supply chain personnel.
Develop and utilize communication tools and plans.
Identify, establish and maintain priorities for deliveries of products, services and data.
Communicate supplier performance status to programs, internal business partners, customers and all other stakeholders; with excellent verbal, reading, technical, and writing skills.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management Analysis or Materials Management Analysis.
5+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product).
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
3+ years of experience working in a position where priorities changed frequently and Customer Service was critical to the team’s success.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher.
3+ years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry.
3+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing.
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically, 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: $82,000 - $110,000
