Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Procurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) to join our North America Secondary Structure team located in Everett, Washington

The Procurement Agent will provide support to external companies and internal organizations through his/her supply chain knowledge. We are looking for qualified candidates with a supply chain background who are ready to manage suppliers throughout the world. As an Operations Procurement Agent, you will manage complex work packages in a fast paced and multifaceted environment. As part of this team you will have the opportunity to work with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver world class products in support of our airline customers and the flying public.

This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing activities related to committing company resources to purchase goods and services, developing supplier strategies, performing proposal analysis, and negotiating, executing, and administrating contractual agreements with our suppliers.

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Prepare and complete negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.

  • Integrate program, customer, product, and in-service strategies into negotiation and contracting strategies.

  • Provide oversight and contract management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.

  • Interpret and enforce contract terms and conditions.

  • Proactively communicate with the leadership team, peers, and customers.

  • This may include the preparation and presentation of the business vision, supplier strategies, program/project status, etc.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

  • 2+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)

  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis with Microsoft Excel and other common data analysis tools 

  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically 10%

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Level 3: 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)

  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis with Microsoft Excel and other common data analysis tools 

  • 2+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations

  • 1+ years of experience drafting contracts or legal documents

  • 1+ years of experience working and leading projects

  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Summary Pay Range:

Level 2: $74,800 - $101,200

Level 3: $94,350 - $127,650
