Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Programmer Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to support BCA Supply Chain Functional Excellence Business Transformation Team in one of the following locations: Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Seattle, WA; North Charleston, SC; or San Antonio, TX!
The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Supply Chain Functional Excellence team, focuses on a data-driven transformation of the organization by providing real-time insights for complex business problems to enhance and aide their decision-making process. You will contribute as a team member alongside the Business Intelligence (BI) Analysts, Data Scientists, System & Process specialists and work closely with the business to deliver solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
Designs, programs, tests, implements, documents and maintains computing applications.
Gathers and evaluates end user requirements.
Writes and compiles code and constructs database objects based on documented design and analyzes information to determine architecture specifications, parameters for software compatibility, application security needs and other application architecture requirements.
Modifies or upgrades applications to maintain software functionality.
Identifies and resolves programming or application architecture problems.
Reviews system performance and identifies and recommends improvements.
This position is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed locations. A virtual position will be considered for those who qualify.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing web applications
3+ years Visual Studio ASP.NET C# MVC
3+ years SQL Server database experience
3+ years experience with front-end technologies like jQuery, JavaScript, HTML, Bootstrap and CSS
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience using Telerik/Kendo software components
Experience with .NET Core
Experience with Entity Framework
Experience connecting to Oracle and Teradata data sources
Experience using Version Control systems such as Git, Azure Dev Ops, or Team Foundation Server
Experience with Cloud hosted platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Tanzu, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure
Web Services experience (REST, SOAP and SOA architectures)
Familiarity with JSON and XML
Project Management experience
Ability to achieve short and long-term objectives with minimal direction
Known for reliability, responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality work products
Results-oriented, resourceful individual with interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, follow, collaborate and influence
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.
Senior (level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Experienced (level 3) summary pay range: $93,500 - $135,700
Senior (level 4) summary pay range: $113,900 - $164,450
