Job Description

ArgonST, a non-fully integrated subsidiary of The Boeing Company, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its Financial Operations team. In this role, you will develop resource forecasts and/or control account Estimates at Completion (EACs), reconcile data and prepare performance reports for internal and external reporting. The analyst will initiate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to Control Account Manager (CAMs) and program management. Develop, review, analyze and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement Earned Value (EVM) baselines and communicate cost and/or schedule trends to program leadership. The analyst will support the Corporate EAC process and will work closely with CAMs, PMs and other program functions to execute their assigned duties.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with CAMs and Program Managers to develop performance management baselines for new programs
  • Develop monthly forecasts, risk assessments and research and prepare variance analysis and explanations
  • Develop reporting products for monthly and quarterly management financial reviews.
  • Analyze supplier financial deliverables, forecast supplier burn rates and develop supplier funding plans.
  • Support program proposal activities
  • Partner with the programs for program execution tasks and serve as a trusted business partner

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Willing and able to obtain a DoD Top Secret Clearance 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience on an EVM DFARS contract is desired
  • Experience supporting CAMs and program activities is desired
  • Knowledge of COBRA finance tool 

Typical Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Clearance:

  • Willing and able to obtain a DoD Top Secret Clearance.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
