Introduction:
Boeing is looking to hire Global Engagement Specialists - Air Crew Operations to be based out of Gatwick.

As a Global Engagement Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with professionals from across the industry and positively impact safety and operations of Boeing flight operations and those of our customers world-wide.
In this high visibility position you will interact with pilots, managers, regulators, executives, peers, supporting team personnel, and Subject Matter Experts.
Work Authorization:
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Gatwick. Candidates must have current legal authorization to work immediately in Gatwick. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labor sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
Required Qualifications:
Facilitation of industry best practices for operations, training & safety.
Consulting activities and assist in customer support.
Airline management support.
Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC).
Safety Management System (SMS).
Safety reviews.
Flight data monitoring (FDM/FOQA).
Crew Resource Management (CRM).
Fatigue Risk Management (FRMS).
Regulatory affairs.
Experienced Technical pilot.
Cultural awareness, sharing the values, ethos and belief in diversity of our group.
A good relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
Personable, organized with a flair for accuracy, planning, analysis and reporting.
Demonstrable competency in the use of IT. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & project planning software.
Ability to travel domestic & internationally for more than 50% of the time.
