Boeing Poland Sp.z o.o. is currently looking for a Computing Requirements Analyst to join our team in Gdansk, Poland.
The position will be located in Gdansk, in Poland office. However, candidates can work from our office or in hybrid mode from home if preferred.
Workplace Solutions is seeking a Computing Requirements Analyst to join the Client Computing team. This role will support the hardware and software waiver process to ensure customer requests meet strategic business objectives.
Evaluate non-standard software and hardware requests against business strategies, processes and policies for disposition
Work with customers to resolve issue request and/or recommend alternative solutions
Assist in resolving help needed requests, processing changes requests, bug reporting and other related items

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Basic understanding of computing architecture.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
Experience Process Analysis and Requirements gathering.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related work experience.
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) training/certification
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
