Boeing Poland Sp.z o.o. is currently looking for a Desktop Business Liaison to join our team in Gdansk, Poland.
The position will be located in Gdansk, in Poland office. However, candidates can work from our office or in hybrid mode from home if preferred.
Workplace Solutions is seeking a Desktop Business Liaison to join Client Computing team. The Desktop Business Liaison will work closely with Business Success Leaders (BSL) and vendors to translate business desktop computing requirements into technical implementation plans. The successful candidate will have strong business acumen, the ability to build relationships, and effective communication skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with BSL and vendors, acting as the primary liaison to ensure understanding between the teams.
Collaborate with BSL to understand business processes, goals, and challenges to document, and prioritize their desktop computing needs.
Generate reports and analyze requirements to provide insights and recommendations for technical solutions and present to executive management.
Facilitate effective communication between BSL and vendors, manage expectations, and ensure alignment of business goals to technical solutions.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Ability to proactively develop relationships with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
Understands the impact of technology on business process.
Experience analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
Experience translating business requirements into technical documentation.
Fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related work experience.
Critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills.
Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles.
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
