We are looking for:

DevOps Engineer

We are looking for the candidates to join the team of passionate people to build a new solution to support the flight operations.

The ideal candidate would be able to cover the list of tools and technologies below, but it’s also the right, proactive, adventure seeking attitude that we want to see.

Technical skills:
  • Experience requires system administration, capacity planning, devops, systems design, and automation for our distributed data systems, services and APIs. 
  • Knowledge and experience with Ansible, Chef,  Hadoop administration, Docker, Linux administration, instrumentation, networking, continuous integration, testing strategies and builds are all important.This includes tooling for the CI/CD pipeline. 
  • Strong experience working with cloud environments and tools (Azure)
  • Experience automating large-scale deployments

Key areas:

  • Communication skills: it is crucial to us that you will have high communication skills. You need to be able to elaborate on topics, explain problems and solutions, guide and mentor your teams
  • International environment: you will be working with a team in Poland and external teams outside the office (remote cooperation).
  • Leadership skillset: As a leader, you will be responsible for building the environment and prioritize tasks and activities
  • Agile, SAFe understanding: We need you to be Agile and experienced in establishing and implementing development practices and standards across multiple agile development teams
  • Process understanding: You need to be able to guide us through software engineering processes
  • At least 3 years of experience in those areas
