Today we are looking for a Scrum Master for Digital Solutions & Analytics Lab Gdansk. At Digital Solutions & Analytics Lab Gdansk we’re exploring ideas and newest technologies to design and create new Products that helps our customers fly.
You will become a part of a team responsible for evaluating ideas and delivering new products to the market. You will work together with data scientists, researchers and software engineers to validate business ideas. You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping to define new features, drive the system architecture, and pursue the best practices that enable a quality product. If you like prototyping, working on short cycle projects, where initial idea is not clearly defined, you are flexible and open for new challenges, value customer collaboration you are an excellent fit!

Basic qualification:

• BS/MS in computer Science or related discipline
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Entrepreneurial attitude that helps to lead complex efforts
• Software engineering experience and understanding software life cycle and delivery automation
• Leadership experience


• Driving communication with technical and non-technical peers
• Managing processes with coordination of an Agile team  
• Helping building and managing technology roadmaps and backlogs
• Providing strong sense of ownership
• Evaluating technical & business feasibility
• Keeping outstanding software quality and speediness of delivery
