We are continuously growing our Boeing Engineering Center in Poland, building engineering teams to work across all of our commercial products and services. An exciting opportunity has become available to join Boeing Poland as an Experienced Structural Analysis Engineer, based from our Gdańsk or Rzeszów office in Poland.
Profile Description:
Develops, integrates and documents structural system requirements to establish the system design
Develops, maintains and modifies structural system and component designs, using 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and/or other design methods, to provide product definition to other engineering groups, production operations, suppliers and external customers throughout the product lifecycle
Performs, integrates analytical and test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications
Analyzes process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems.
Participates with partners to develop potential preventive or corrective actions and implementation.
Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for nonconforming materials, parts and equipment.
Provides engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests).
Use Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) techniques to investigate and identify solutions for any problems
Documents processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture.
Participates in technical review of supplier capabilities to facilitate source selection.
Works under general direction.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors of Science (or greater) in Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural Engineering or related fields.
Up to 3 years of engineering experience.
Solid communicator, fluent in both written and verbal English.
Able to work collaboratively with multi-functional team and work flexible hours to meet the business needs.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a production-related field such as Manufacturing, Quality, Production Engineering, Supplier Management, and/or Supplier Quality.
Experience in analyzing, assessing and interpreting various types of data to produce detailed quick analyses to senior management.
Curious; proactive approach to learning and development with a passion for systems engineering, aerospace and aviation.
Demonstrated a strong work ethic and sense of urgency for completing assigned work with a history of meeting commitments.
CATIA and ENOVIA experience.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through sophisticated technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master +3 years related work experience).
