The Boeing Company, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our Learning and Development team (L&D) Branding & User Engagement team.in Gdansk, Poland.
We are seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist who is a curious, life-long learner and is excited by marketing trends, data and messaging. This role will be part of a team conveying brand consistency across enterprise-wide processes and technology platforms for learning and leadership development offerings.
Lead development and execution of marketing plans for enterprise-wide learning and development programs and initiatives across multiple platforms and digital channels
Support the L&D communications plan and innovate in ways to connect with key audiences
Process facts and metrics to enable data-driven decision making
Partner with L&D teams, external partners and communications to support development and execution of strategic plans
Leads the development of strategic approaches to communication plans and branding strategies that are tailored to support enterprise and/or business unit goals.
Ensures strategies and tactics connect target audiences to those objectives and goals while positively impacting Boeing business results, policies, or employee and/or leadership initiatives.
Identifies content and appropriate production resources and techniques for Boeing internal/external communications and co-marketing activities and defines channel strategies
Anticipates, plans and manages communications plans on issues facing the business unit. Develops, seeks and uses advanced techniques for internal and external communications and branding.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
5+ years’ experience in Marketing, Communications and/or a related field.
Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills for media, marketing and other communication materials
Strong understanding of marketing trends and hot topics, with experience researching consumer behavior and exploring market trends and opportunities
Demonstrated experience developing marketing plans including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and key message development
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
High level organizational and time management skills
Fluency in English language
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Previous experience in Enterprise Communication role
Typical Education and Experience
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
