Boeing Poland Sp.z o.o. is currently looking for a Scrum Master to join our Team in Gdansk.
The position will be located in Gdansk, in Poland office. However, candidates can work from our office or in hybrid mode from home if preferred.
Position overview:
The Workplace Solutions team is seeking an Experienced Scrum Master to support Agile Program Management office team. The position will place you in a role where you have the opportunity to support various product teams as well as make a strong impact in the delivery of our product offerings. The Agile Program Management Office offers a collaborative mentoring environment where you have the opportunity to learn from or lead others.
Position Responsibilities:
Gathers information to facilitate work of an Agile team in high complexity work streams to enable continuous flow of value from initiation to completion.
Promotes effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Eliminates impediments that hinder the teams’ progress.
Coaches and monitors the team on best usage of Scrum/Agile mindset, principles and ways of working.
Supports the team's efforts to build efficiency and achieve higher scrum maturity.
Facilitates Agile ceremonies and events.
Collaborates with backlog owner to ensure user stories are well defined, sized, prioritized and properly sequenced.

Required Qualifications (Experience/Education/Skills):
3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework and Agile software development.
Experience working within integrated development environments.
Experience working in an Agile Environment utilizing Azure DevOps
Fluent English.
Bachelor degree or higher.
Preferred Qualifications (Experience/Education/Skills):
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
Familiarity with software development design and processes.
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and ceremonies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
Familiarity with Product Management.
