We are now strengthening and expanding our Software Development Line Management team to meet our growing business and to accelerate our journey towards DevSecOps and SaaS.
We are seeking a Software Development Line Manager to join Gothenburg office.
As a line Manager you will be accountable for the work done in your agile development teams. You and your teams will innovate, develop, maintain and support software that helps the airline industry to solve some of the most complex optimization problems in the world.
As a line Manager you are accountable for the software delivery performance of your teams and you will take part in and drive work to improve existing processes and frameworks. You will work tightly with product management to make sure we meet the business demands, commitments and improvement objectives.
You will also play an important part in working with the strategic objectives for the department. Stretching your skills when it comes to facilitation, collaboration, growth mindset and problem solving.
