Job Description

As a member of the Global Talent Solutions (GTS) team, the Regional Talent Management Partner is responsible for integrating across Community of Excellence (CoE) working with our experts in Talent Management, Succession Management, Diversity and Inclusion and our Talent Acquisition to provide integrated solutions to key HR partners supporting the business units and functions

In this role you will be responsible for planning, collaborating, developing and deploying key talent practices with our Human Resources team to tackle business challenges, pro-actively mitigating risks and ensuring our business goals and objectives are met. Analyzing talent needs in-light of regional organizational strategies/priorities and proposing and applying appropriate data-driven solutions is a key expectation

Accountable for developing measures and performance indicators to track effectiveness of Talent initiatives. Serve as the liaison between our subject matter experts, other CoEs and our HR Business Partners to provide holistic solutions that support the needs of each unique business, to enable Best Team and Talent outcomes with a focus on a best in class employee experience culture


Succession Planning:

  • Partners with HR BPs and business leaders to provide talent solutions to meet the needs of each unique business in the Region
  • Acts as Talent Management Integrator with Boeing International, business unit (BU) and functional Talent team to deliver programs and

Talent Reviews: 

  • Partners with HR and business leaders to assess talent priorities,  macro talent trends, implement talent strategies to increase leadership effectiveness and assist in the identification, development and assignment of current and future leadership talent
  • Facilitates the deployment of key Talent Management processes, services and tools and pulls together fit-for-use packages, schedules and project plans to enable efficient process deployment

HR Capability Building:

  • Build HR Capability in Talent Management specialization, by coaching them and supporting them on live projects and initiatives
  • Deploy tools and processes consistently in the region and coach leaders and HRGs on how to apply these consistently
  • This position will report to the Talent Client Services Leader for Boeing International

This role will provide real time consultation for the HRBPs in the businesses and functions by integrating across the Communities of Excellence (CoE) and the Employee Relations teams to provide holistic, integrated solutions in the space of talent management

Human Resources & Admin

  • Significant work experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering or HR Consulting
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in partnering with senior business leaders
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and influence across organizations, countries and cultures
  • Able to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced environment with multiple and sometimes changing priorities
  • Ability to articulate clearly, tailor messaging for audiences, and facilitate discussions across all levels
  • Candidates who worked in or lived in one or more European countries would be preferred
  • Experience with a Multi-national Corporation within a Matrix Organization is preferred
