We have tremendous fun, and we’re sweeping up awards in the process.

To ready ourselves for a major 2018, we are adding conceptual designers willing to push forward bold creative ideas across media platforms for both internal and external audiences. We work in a collaborative environment, approaching projects with passion, while always striving for creative excellence and personal growth.

Position may be located in any of these three locations:
Huntington Beach, CA
Saint Louis, MO
Seattle, WA

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consistently create innovative designs within established brand standards while helping set the visual identity and tone on newer initiatives.
  • Confidently present designs to creative directors and other agency stakeholders, articulating strong pov informed by current design theory that achieve business goals.
  • Work as part of a team including CDs, other designers, copywriters, account managers, and project managers to complete work within budget and on schedule.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to changing priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
