Boeing is looking for a Disruptive Computing & Networking (DC&N) Network & Sensors Staff Analyst based out of El Segundo, California.
The DC&N Proprietary Networks and Sensor Organization requires a Staff Analyst to coordinate administrative activities across the growing portfolio of programs and customers that it serves.
As a Staff Analyst, you will be a part of an amazing and collaborative team working to ensure the continued progress and success of our innovative technology initiatives. A successful candidate to this position is someone that is considered experienced supporting program execution, proposal management and building new organizational capabilities. You are an individual that is self-motivated, passionate, and driven to take-on and successfully execute important and time sensitive projects.
Position Responsibilities:
Executes program plans that support the Network & Sensor Organizations portfolio of programs.
Works to improve project management processes and business systems that support project decision makers.
May lead others and direct all phases of projects or subsystems of projects from inception through completion.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Project Management and project support
3+ years of experience in building & presenting plans and communicating to leadership
3+ years of experience collecting data, developing metrics, and conducting trend analysis
3+ years of experience designing organizational management systems and operating rhythms
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

Summary pay range: $93,000– $126,000
