Boeing Research & Technology (BR&T) is seeking a Senior M&P Manager to join the team in El Segundo, CA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provides shipside program and production M&P support to ELS including satellites (commercial, government & proprietary), space and launch programs, and subsidiaries such as Millennium Space Systems, and Spectrolab

• Represents BR&T M&P function to site executive council and leadership team

• Represents ELS M&P Senior Manager reporting to BR&T, MTI-DS Senior Director

• Manages M&P program support and lab teams at ELS

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location option.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

• Experience with materials and processes engineering

• Experience leading and/or managing a team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Active Secret clearance

• Current SSBI (Single Scope Background Investigation)

• Materials science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering

• Experience with satellite programs

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only.  Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $166,660 - $225,400
