The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Disruptive Computing & Networks) at the highest level (Senior Subject Matter Expert Level 6) with expertise in supplier management to join our team in El Segundo, CA or Huntington Beach, CA, Farifax, VA or Annapolis Junction, MD to support our Disruptive Computing & Networks organization.

As a Senior Program Manager, you will be a part of an amazing, collaborative team working to manage and oversee our product development and supplier management relationships to ensure the continued progress and success of our innovative technology initiatives. A successful candidate to this position is someone that is experienced and well-versed in the area of program management as related to technical execution and supplier management. You are an individual that is self-motivated, passionate and driven to take-on and successfully manage complex program and supplier management issues. You will utilize you past experience and knowledge to drive program and supplier milestones to completion, while offering insight, coaching and mentorship to other team members.
Position Responsibilities:
Provides oversight and management of strategies, performance and development of large-scale products and services.
Leads technical, business, product delivery, quality and in-service aspects of supplier/subcontractor relationships and performance.
Provides technical, cost and schedule performance oversight for the program.
Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risk, issues and opportunities to stakeholders.
Supports identification of key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams, suppliers, partners and customers.
Leads all aspects of supplier statement of work, RAA, contractual commitments and performance to support company procurement strategies and contractual compliance and establishes operating plan.
Executes on recommended program recovery acceleration plans, changes and corrective actions.
Communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction.
Leads the implementation of the Program Management Best Practices.
Mentors and coaches other program and project managers in career development.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an Active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four-year degree, or greater, in a mathematics, scientific or information technology field of study)
5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain Management, Finance or Program Management
5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
7+ years of experience in program management within supplier management
7+ years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
7+ years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
7+ years of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
7+ years of experience on an Integrated Product Team (IPT)
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $168,000 – $227,000
