Job Description

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an experienced Simulator Flight Instructor to support our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• The job requires appropriate regulatory and/or customer certification and/or licensing with appropriate endorsements, compliant with local country aviation regulatory requirements.
• Provides technical oversight for all training and assessment of Chief Flying Instructor (CFI) activities.
• Applies instructor led training and computer based training techniques and methodologies.
• Develops and conducts simulator and ground school pilot instruction.
• Develops training tools and techniques to support customer requirements.
• Evaluates/examines the competence of trainees in accordance with company and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinates training, standardization, demonstration, evaluation procedures and methods with international or in country military or civil regulatory agencies to achieve contractual standards and certification requirements.
• Mentors trainees as necessary.
• Performs various types of simulator training in accordance with company standards, customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
• AW-139 Pilot.

TYPICAL EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
