Job Description
Boeing Shared Services Group is seeking experienced facilities analysts to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ. There are various openings within Fleet Management, Parking Analysis, Safety, and Maintenance. We encourage anyone with a strong background in facilities to apply!
 
Basic Role and Responsibilities:
  • Facility Analyst with experience in reliability, preventative, predictive and total productive maintenance concepts and tools. Other areas of expertise include Facilities and Asset management, Fleet management, and parking systems.
  • Maintenance: Primary tasks will be to collaboratively develop and implement processes, standards, and programs to leverage industry best practices across the enterprise. Must work closely to implement change rapidly with site based maintenance / facilities analysts and management teams from across the enterprise including internationally.
  • Facilities and Asset Management: Provide Management visibility on Safety injury trends. Provide visibility on expenditures for safety related work. Represent facilities at Facilities and Asset Management Council. Deploy plans for safety standards
  • Fleet Management: Develop processes, standards, and programs to leverage best practices. Improve fleet reliability while reducing operating costs. Ability to accept, direct, and perform responsibly and work assigned tasks related to fleet management.
  • Parking:  Lead and team with stakeholders across the Enterprise to establish standard practices and processes.  Collect and log data from various systems to perform analysis on buildings, equipment, systems, processes and procedures to make recommendations and implement improvements. Participate in Parking related events and activities.  Complete ability to accept, direct, and perform responsibilities and work assigned tasks as a project team member in support of the overall project.
  • Preferable to have 5-10 years direct experience in a factory environment  with a proven track record of implementing maintenance programs and initiatives as well as tracking performance to plan via an integrated suite of metrics.
  • Desire is to improve asset reliability while reducing operating costs as measured from a total life cycle perspective.
Working knowledge of SAMI Pyramid, Uptime Elements or equivalent reliability based models and proficiency in most computer applications including excellent working knowledge of Maximo and or other CMMS systems, advanced working knowledge of
 
Excel, Access, Power Point and MS project.

Qualifications
Typical Experience/ Education: Associates and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Bachelor's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a United States Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15? "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • At least three (3) years of experience with project management tools including developing plans and managing issues / risks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading, managing, or implementing Lean+ initiatives
  • Experience developing and implementing technical, operational, or quality strategies
  • Experience leading initiatives
  • Experience with site services and/or facilities
  • Experience as a maintenance planner and/or scheduler
  • Experience with facilities and logistics data
  • Experience using Maximo or other computerized maintenance software systems
