The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Security & Fire Operations Enterprise Business Continuity Program Manager to join the team in Mesa, AZ; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Kent, WA; Seattle, WA; Tukwila, WA.    

This candidate will work with the Business Continuity Senior Manager to develop and assess standard processes, tools and templates required to enable a compliant and robust program. This position will also lead an enterprise-wide Business Impact Analysis (BIA), utilizing the Operational Resilience tool in Enterprise Recovery Planning System (ERPS). This includes leading a multi-disciplinary working group to review and refine business preparedness elements of criticality, make updates to risk assessments with input from stakeholders and routinely meet and present to senior leadership throughout the Boeing Company. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and implements Business Continuity Level Strategy with Business Continuity Integrated Leadership Teams

• Leads Business Continuity level projects

• Schedules, coordinates and facilitates Boeing Business Continuity Council meetings

• Facilitates Business Continuity Integrated Leadership Team meetings

• Authors, consolidates, and publishes the Business Continuity Annual Report

• Coordinates Critical Program annual validation

• Maintains Business Continuity level program documentation

• Represents Business Continuity on Mergers & Acquisition Activity

• Maintains Enterprise Risk Management Business Continuity Requirements

• Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry

• Collaborates, communicates, leads, and works in motivating teams toward a common consistent approach

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 10+ years of experience as a full time Business Continuity

• 5+ years of experience leading teams

• 5+ years of experience with program or project management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

• Project Management Certification

• Business Continuity Certification (Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP))

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $132,600 - $192,050
