Student helper: Concept, Design and Build a  Boeing 787 Cockpit Simulator Infrastructure (m/f/d)

The Digital Aviation & Analytics Research and Development team in Neu-Isenburg is responsible for research work and the development of Flight Deck software within Boeing's Global Services Organization. We offer interested parties the opportunity to gain experience in this area as a working student.

We are currently looking for interested parties to work on a fixed base Boeing 787 cockpit simulator in Neu-Isenburg’s Lab to support development and testing of cockpit applications.

Position responsibilities:

• Deploy infrastructure on our  fixed base B-787 simulator to allow connectivity to/from the Cockpit

• Specify software and hardware needs to equip the simulator

• Construction and commissioning of the simulator on the basis of the planning

Preferred Qualifications:

• You are studying in the field of one of the following themes: Aviation, Computer Science, Informatics

• You have a solid understanding of construction, computer science, network setup, wiring

• You are able to communicate with stakeholders in English or German
