Job Description
The Boeing Company is seeking a Culture and Development Leader in Charleston, SC.

This senior manager will be a member of our Employee Relations team and will lead a team of HR professionals in the central and east regions of the United States to provide world class HR solutions in the areas of culture and development with a focus on:
  • Increasing workforce productivity and business results through the improved development and utilization of talent.
  • Aligning with enterprise efforts on culture, change and employee engagement to assure an engaged workforce that continues to deliver outstanding business results.
  • Partnering with appropriate HR Communities of Excellence and functions to build and maintain a diverse and robust pipeline of future leaders and to ensure business continuity. This includes supporting and delivering development programs, and succession and talent reviews
  • Partnering with managers and teams to maintain high employee engagement and to proactively improve engagement where needed
  • Helping employees with career planning to enhance skills for current job and/or develop for future position

Basic Required Qualifications:
  • Experience leading change to support business strategy
  • Experience working across functional and business unit organizations
  • Experience developing employees and building organizational talent in a transitional environment that can lead us to market-leading performance
  • Experience leading a diverse, cross-functional team to accomplish complex projects both domestically and internationally

Typical education and experience:

Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related discipline; Advanced Degree preferred
