BGS in Oklahoma City is searching for an Aircrew Customer Training Specialist to round out our team to help support ongoing customer needs.
This Hybrid position allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Position Responsibilities:
Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design.
Oversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of Pilot, Navigator, Flight Engineer, Maintenance, or Ground Systems technical training.
Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness.
Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials.
Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
Ensures accuracy and quality of training products.
Coaches and develops others.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Customer Training
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a Flight Training Background in large commercial or military aircraft
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AEW&C, AWACS, or B-52 platform
Experience developing and delivering training material.
Typical Education/Experience:
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
Relocation:

This position is for the first shift.

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: 86,700 – 117,300.
