Job Description

The successful candidate will support the Oklahoma City Estimating organization. Key knowledge, skills, and abilities included in the following description:

  • Develops basic estimates and prices from technical requirements through the design, build and support stages of the program.
  • Participates in evaluation of requests for proposal, substantiates routine estimates/pricing and assembles price proposals.
  • Performs analyses in support of pricing and estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.).
  • Incorporates data into and maintains structured systems.
  • Develops routine estimating and pricing methods.
  • Develops and maintains basic pricing models.
  • Supports the development/application/maintenance of rates and factors for estimating, pricing, and proposals.
  • Assists with compliance, policy and procedure development, and development/deployment of systems and tools.

Qualifications
Basic/Required Qualifications:
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
  • Experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively across functions
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge or ability to learn US government acquisition regulations and processes

 

Typical Education/Experience:

 

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

 
Relocation:
 
This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK and does not offer relocation assistance. Applicants must reside in area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
