Job Description
The Boeing Company is seeking an Industrial Security Specialist to assist the Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) at  the Oklahoma City Site.  The selected candidate will work with the CPSO in executing Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assists with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements.
• Assists with Administrative Inquiries (e.g., collects and analyzes data, writes reports and interviews) on personnel, processes and situations to determine level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirements.
• Assists with Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities (to include inventory, distribution and destruction).
• Assists in the protection of government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosures.
• Assists CPSO in developing, implementing and administering the Operational Security program, security education, procedures and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on less complex programs.
• Performs Personnel Security processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses.
• Assists in developing and conducting security awareness training and education program to educate, refresh, and motivate personnel to protect people, property and information.
• Assists in Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities (e.g., complete fixed/closed facility checklists/survey areas, review and approve facility drawings for new or remodeled classified areas) to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirements.
• Assists in sub-contractor management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirements.

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Familiar with DoD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Manual (Volumes 1-4)

•Strong communication skills that include speaking in front of others and giving presentations.

• Experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

•This position requires a FINAL U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. Must have a minimum of a Secret security clearance. Must have a Secret security clearance with an in-scope (less than 5 years old) investigation. MUST include Security Clearance Level, investigation type and Investigation date clearly on resume.  Position is contingent upon clearance verification


Must have an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Must be a United States Person as defined by 22 C.F.R.  § 120.15?  “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
