Boeing Canada Operations is seeking to fill an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Program Manager, Non-US Americas representing Canada, Central & South America regions. This position will be located in Ottawa, Ontario reporting to the Vice President of International Government and Defense.
The role requires leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on program execution, demand planning and forecasting for Canada, Central & South America regional programs in the non-US Government portfolio
We are seeking a multifaceted leader with strategic vision and leadership to model the culture of Boeing Global Services as agile and lean, while being deeply committed to the customer and compliance.
Position Responsibilities:
Leading customer program reviews, maintain program schedule/ achievements leading and directing activities and initiatives that result in new business relationships.
Driving execution of new and existing integrated offerings to customers, ensuring follow-on extension/awards
Completing the current statement work and drive growth on new contracts
Championing change by being intentional and purposeful in communicating a Services-First approach
Inspiring and leading a comprehensive change management process across new business and using Program Management best practices to drive efficiencies
Coordinating across functions and programs to ensure a consistent focus on our people, customer, and corporate partners
Providing customer needs to horizontal leads to ensure successful execution of current and future contracts
The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Minimum 4 years working in a senior leadership role
Minimum 5+ years’ experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP)
Experience with critical business and financial competence including risk, issue, and
opportunity management to drive performance
Must be eligible for authorization under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
Must be legally able to work in Canada
Must be able to obtain Secret Level II clearance
Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):
International Government experience
Experience working with Government programs
Experience working with Canadian, Central & South American customers and / or industry
Post-secondary Education
Secret Level II clearance
Relocation:
This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense
